Silent Battles

The title of my video is called Silent Battles. The reason why I titled it that is because it talks about the pain and feelings we feel inside in times when we are low and the most important thing is to check in on ourselves and see the better outcome of negativity. I created my video to show what happens when people are not ok or feeling low or angry. I wrote it into a poem because I wanted to do something different from others and Voice covering over the video to make it more impactful.
