As a teenage girl posts a photo for her friends to see, she soon receives hate comments from an individual at school leaving her to become sorrowful once she gets made fun of, as time passes she becomes unable to sleep due to the negative thoughts that cloud her mind. The lack of sleep leads her to be late to school and her grades begin to slip. She then sits with her two friends during lunch, sitting quietly when her peers notice and question her about it which she reveals what’s keeping her on edge. The two trusted friends confront the one who left negative comments on her posts, as they insist she apologies telling her the importance of mental health which the individual agrees with. The two friends then research the symptoms and effects of mental health and how to assist others who are struggling. Once they conduct research they show their friend who is struggling, with the resources available telling her she is not alone and they are there for her.
