College students may have a difficult time transitioning to the various responsibilities- such as navigating hard courses, balancing part time jobs, and participating in extracurriculars. Unfortunately, some students may neglect mental wellness in the process due to stress. Additionally, while some peers are on social media portraying ideal lives, this can add to a student’s stress due to comparing their reality to what they see on digital screens. Rather than driving a feeling of comparison on top of balancing tasks, this video aims to encourage peers to show what they’ve learned to their peers to manage stress such as – time management tools and mental health services on campus.
