Before & After

Before & After is a fictional story about a girl who is using drugs, and it changed who she is as a person. She starts off as a normal girl: working on schoolwork, playing with her dog, etc. Then, she gets curious about someone else who is using unprescribed drugs. They are offered to her, and after a little hesitation, she takes some and she tells herself, ” It’s only one time; it won’t hurt me.” Unfortunately, she gets addicted to using drugs and it changes her. She no longer cares about schoolwork or playing with her dog. She felt really sad all of the time, but she gathered up her courage, and she asked for help from a friend. She talked through her problem with her friend and they hug. The end of this story shows the girl getting happier because she is no longer using drugs.
