The video is about a girl in a friend group that feels disconnected and it’s in her own world and is trying to communicate that loneliness with her friends, but they don’t seem to pick up on the fact that she’s not doing too good and we see her choosing not to reach out and we see that she’s going deeper thoughts up until someone finally tries to talk to her and ask if she’s OK, and that’s when she finally events while the narrator is addressing the listener about mental health, and had to pick up on the signs and had to tell people to reach out.
