A protagonist experiences hostility for their love of writing. Over time, they become more depressed and the antagonism that they face becomes increasingly worse. In the end, a friend who also enjoyed the art of writing helps them out of their depression. They come to realize and appreciate that there is a community for others. The film ends with the protagonist closing this chapter of their life with a newfound motivation and passion.
