Although it was somewhat recently debunked that hydrogen peroxide is the best way to sanitize wounds, it was once a very commonly held belief. Hydrogen peroxide follows a man advertising this fact, presumably for some hospital. And he takes to heart the message that some things need to hurt really bad first to heal later. So this film follows him as he opens up to talk about whatever was ailing him intercut with his safety PSA, relating the two concepts.
