In this video our main character is writing all of the thoughts she is having as her brain is going into overdrive. We visual show each thought with sticky notes so it’s clear to the audience how messy our brains can be. Our character gets to a point when she is so overwhelmed she needs to put her thoughts up in order to let them go. She realizes it’s time to take action and stop living in a state of anxiety. She learns to ask for help and take a breath.
