Our film is about a girl named Sofia who has depression. She grew up very happy and wishes she could be how she was before. To Sofia, depression feels like drowning. She is struggling with body image and finding meaning in all of the things she used to love. She realizes the longer she goes without reaching out for help, the deeper she sinks into her depression. She finally decides to open up to a close friend and ask for help.
