This video shows me trapped in a cave symbolizing me feeling trapped in my mind. When it starts getting intense people ask me if I’m ok and I snap back to reality. I used different effects and sounds to make the video I pictured come alive as best I could. I wanted to create this to show the impact of asking someone if they’re ok. Not just that but bring more awareness to mental health.
