The First Step

My entry is about a girl being influenced badly by those around her into vaping. Her “friends” in the beginning all tell her she should join in what they’re doing, somewhat pressuring her into it. Its from then on she starts using the vape continuously even during class, to the point she’s easily agitated and is falling asleep. Eventually she passes out during PE, and is taken to the nurses office. The nurse informs her of what happened and that she knows of her habit. The girl stubbornly denies that is the reason she passes out, though stops thinking of such after the nurse tells her of her friend who suffered under the same circumstance. The nurse hands her a therapists card, hoping that the girl will go, and after some thinking, she takes the first step.
