I Can’t Hear You

Many teens fall victim to substance abuse in their adolescence and can ruin their present and their future, but they do not have to die with their addictions. Teens can look for help in a friend, trusted adult, counselor, or even a doctor to overcome addiction. Noticing that a friend is suffering from substance abuse and confronting them about it can save a life. For our story we see a teen arguing with his mom and then leaving to his room to “abuse substances” by listening to loud music, then we see the teen continue to abuse at school, raising his hand to go to the bathroom and then listening to more loud music, then we see a hangout at a park that the teen is going to where he listens to more loud music, finally we follow the teen home where he eventually “overdoses” in his room.
