This film shows that sometimes we as students take on too much and feel like we have to do everything and do it well. Overachieving at things can cause a lot of stress and other mental health challenges that make us believe that we don’t have time or need to worry about ourselves. With the help of friends and others who support us there is help and we can feel less stressed about having to be great all the time. There’s always help if you need it and it’s okay not to be okay.
