This film is about social anxiety and what it feels like to deal with it in high school. It follows a teenage boy who feels invisible and alone. He struggles to talk to people and feels like he does not belong anywhere.
One day, another student notices him and invites him to hang out with their friend group. At first it is awkward and uncomfortable, but over time he starts to feel more included. As they spend more time together, he finds comfort and support in them.
With these new friends, he begins working through his social anxiety. He slowly gains confidence and realizes he is not alone. The film shows how one small act of kindness can change someone’s life and how having people around you can make things feel possible again.
