Two teenage girls are both struggling with their own mental noise overthinking, anxiety, and the pressure of what everyone expects from them. At first, they feel confused and alone, not fully understanding what they’re going through. When they find each other, they begin to open up and learn how to regulate their emotions and actually talk about what they’re feeling. Through honesty and vulnerability, they build a real friendship and realize they’re not alone. The film shows that somewhere out there, someone understands you. It only takes one person to stand up and speak out to start healing and break the stigma that mental health isn’t real.
