A girl whose mom dies in a car crash suffers from PTSD while going to a new school. In the film, Cassidy shows the struggles of her post traumatic stress disorder. She finds a new person at the school Mia, who is trying to help her. She shuns her away, but soon later thanks Mia for her kindness.
