The narrative starts with an animation of Gabriel clicking a pen anxiously and bouncing his knee. He mentions the negative stigma associated heavily- especially with men- around mental health through his need to hide his feelings. We then see his dad confronting him about it and breaking Gabriel out of that mindset by relating with him over his feelings. Gabriel is made aware of how he is not alone and that the people around him understand and care for him.
You’re Not Alone.
