The PSA follows a girl as she gets more and more anxious and depressed while refusing to accept help from a loved one because she doesn’t want to be a bother. At the end, her mental health is at such a low point that she feels like she is drowning- she cannot move out of her bed as she is succumbed by her own emotions that act like the waves of an ocean dragging her deeper and deeper until she feels like she is drowning. At the end, she finally accepts the help and is able to breath again, out of the water.
